We offer tours all year round, with daily departures during the high season (June to September) and several times a week during the low season. Timings vary depending on the time of year: departures at 9am and 2pm in summer, and at 10am only in winter.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
More than 15 days in advance: Full refund
Between 7 and 15 days in advance: 75% refund
Between 3 and 7 days in advance: 50% refund
Less than 3 days in advance: No refund, but the option to reschedule the visit (subject to availability)
In the event of extreme weather conditions or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we always offer a free postponement or a full refund.
Can I tailor the tour to my preferences or organise a private event?
Yes, we offer bespoke private tours for groups, corporate events, birthdays or special occasions. You can tailor the itinerary, duration and activities, and even include additional experiences (wine tasting, craft workshops, or dinner at a unique venue).
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome on our outdoor trails. However, some historic sites or protected natural areas may not allow pets indoors.
